Customer Success Manager - Product Department

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at the Federation of Italian American Organizations of Brooklyn in the Product department. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving product adoption.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Onboard new clients and provide training on our products
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products
  • Collect feedback from clients to help improve our products and services
